Turn Your Oven into a Proofer

Want the secret on how to proof dough? Try this simple kitchen hack to get the perfect rise on your pizza, focaccia or beignet dough!

Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Remove lid from pot and place on the bottom shelf of your oven (make sure oven is off). Place your bowl of dough with towel on the top shelf of the oven and proof for desired time. This creates a warm environment for your dough to rise.
